What we collect and why
If you contact us by email or through our online form, we collect the personal data you provide, which may include your name, email address, organisation, a link to your LinkedIn profile, a description of your project and any additional information you choose to share with us, including links to supporting documents or pitch decks. We process this information to respond to your enquiry, assess potential investment or collaboration opportunities and, where applicable, manage subsequent communications relating to those opportunities.
The legal basis for processing your data is our legitimate interest in managing and responding to enquiries and assessing potential business opportunities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The fields identified as mandatory in our online form are necessary for us to assess and respond to your enquiry. Providing additional information is optional.
Who processes it for us
We use third-party service providers, including Google Workspace (Google Forms and Gmail) and Cloudflare, to operate our website and manage communications. These providers process personal data in accordance with their respective roles and applicable data protection arrangements.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable transfer mechanism under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as appropriate. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it to service providers involved in the operation of our website and communications, and where required by law.
How long we keep it

Where a contractual relationship is established, the relevant data will be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required or permitted by applicable law.
